APEX LEGENDS SAYS I GOT BANNED
APEX LEGENDS was a game that I downloaded and almost never played. I don't even have 5 hours to play the game, but when I decided with my friends and downloaded the game yesterday, I wanted to enter the game, but I came across a BANNED message and it threw me into the lobby. I couldn't understand why I got banned when I didn't even have 5 hours with the game and I didn't cheat, I request you to find a solution to this problem as soon as possible so that I can start playing.
I sent a Case about this issue yesterday, but I think I explained it wrong because it was thought that my account was hacked and they were returned with password and security suggestions. I don't have a problem with my account security, but I have a problem with APEX.

We can't look into bans for you from the forums but our Terms of Service team can take a look. Terms of Service are the team that exclusively handle banned account cases.
It sounds like you already reached out to the support team about a banned account and they mistook it for a hacked account. They can fill in an appeal on your behalf if they understand the reason for reaching out to them, but it's always better to pop in a ban appeal directly to the Terms of Service team in your own words. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake.
