Just to confirm, if you navigate to your connected accounts page, are you able to see the platforms that you usually play with?
It's not uncommon to accidentally create a different account over time, and it can happen without players meaning for it to. So please try signing in using the different login methods available, like Xbox, PlayStation, Google, and Steam. With each login, check your Penalty History and connected accounts to see if it populates. Another check is to fill in this form to see if the 'Email us' option appears in the self-serve section after being redirected.
It might seem a bit repetitive, but we want to make sure you're on the right account, as that's the most common reason players can't find the violation in the Penalty History tool.
Please let me know once you've checked, and if the page still shows no violations and the redirected form shows no option to email. We can continue from there, thanks!
I encountered the same problem, and when I tried to report the issue I encountered through the webform, this happened when I selected the option to submit an appeal: there was no send button, and I couldn't contact TOS.
