FPS drops to 10 during last 2-3 circles

I'm having this problem where every couple hours or so in a top 5 team situation / final couple circles my entire game drops my frames to less than 10fps and it only goes away once I restart the game. Has anyone had this problem or know of a solution? I've tried toggling every video setting in the game and none of it has worked.

PC specs are:

4070 TI Super, intel 14700kf, 32gb ddr5 and a WD Black SN850X SSD. As well as a 2560 x 1440p 240hz monitor

I launch the game through steam, normally have discord, medal and brave browser running at the same time. I also normally have SurfShark vpn running as well but I am confident this is not a networking issue.
