What do you mean what have we tried/
What are we supposed to try? Change our dns ? Add ports to firewall ?
Speed test ?Just admit that your servers are trash. It has become a general consensus that apex server sucks..
The ping is always greater than 100 in a gooday and in days tike today we get 400. It's unplayable and make me just want to play something different.
Server used : Singapore and dead server [Bahrain]
- @NeNeMarine I completely agree you & as a console player myself having to constantly reset my router,carry out various speed-tests,check various Apex sites for Data readings etc prior to trying to play the game is an unnecessary chore I don't have to do for any other multiplayer game.Then there's the Data Center readings on the title screen that quite frankly is a lot different to the actual in-game readings on the Performance Screen to contend with as well.Its been as clear as day for many of us actual players that Season 9 has been bogged down with performance issues & stability bugs throughout that haven't been rectified.And when patches & events get added the inevitable more bugs & problems get added to the game (just look at Genesis Event as proof).The only game of Trios I managed to play today was on the Belgium GCE 2 Server with the lowest ping (30ms) whereas my London region was at (60ms) Packet Loss đ. The match seemed pretty stable for the first 5 minutes until I approached an enemy & within seconds of engaging in gunfire the screen froze & the ping shot up to 248ms.When the screen unfroze the enemy had disappeared & I was left with about 10 health.It's many situations like that & the general frustration around the game stability issues ie game stuttering,lag spikes,screen freezing etc has forced me to finally delete the game on all 3 of my consoles.
The only positive thing that came out of Season 9 is that I saw sense in not buying the Season Pass for the first time in all seasons I've played Apex (since Season 1) as the thought trying to grind the game out to Level 100+ didn't bear thinking about.I won't even contemplate entertaining Season 10 unless these issues fixed (I don't hold my breath). @EA_Atic you guys are seriously joking with this connection guide bs right? How is it that my internet is able to cope just fine on literally ANY other online multiplayer game e.g c.o.d, battlefield, red dead redemption.. even the likes of g.t.a 5 and fortnite have less lag spikes and moments of disconnection where you either get thrown out of the match or the whole game and have to load back in. Admit your servers are garbage and do something about it with all the damn money we give you people!!!

It works for some players that has a bad setup. I'm not going to assume every player that has some of network issues done everything they can do to fix it. @budsAustraya
For most of the network issues, that we are seeing it's network hubs that you are getting routed to are having issues.
Inside the red box are potential server hubs that keep sending your data to the end destination and in this case our server. If one of those servers hubs has an issue with being overworked or cant handle the data it will reflect on your connection to us and in-game (bad ping, loss of connections, data loss and so on). This is outside of our domain and control as we don't control how your data get sent to us only that our system accepts it. This is why you will see me send players to their ISP to see if they can help out identify where or what network hub that are having issues.My great paint skills.

i consistently time out every single time i want to play. It's to the point of frustration that I'm going to delete the game.
