Microstuttering in Apex M&K

I have been having microstuttering issues for the past few days regarding Apex Legends. I recently got a new wireless mouse that i've been using. For a few days it was working fine, then one day I spent hours restarting my computer, internet, reinstalling drivers and even reinstalling apex. I changed my polling rate on my mouse and it fixed the issue temporarily. For the past 2 days I have tried for literal hours on end trying to change settings, update windows, fix mouse settings. I have the polling on the lowest setting and it doesn't change the microstuttering issue if im on 1000 or 125. I have truly no idea what's going on, whenever I move my mouse left and right I have microstutters. what do I do?
