Apex legends servers unable to connect

When i open my apex legends i get an error note that my profile isnt eligible to play online I've seeing this for past few days prior to this i wouldn't get into the game as ut would fail to make a connection Once i changed the data center i get in but cant connect to the match as the game kicks me to the starting screen again with an error note.

I've checked my ban history and there isn't anything there
