Apex Legends shop locked/unavailable?

Hi EA,

This black friday I wanted to buy a few skin packs with the black friday sale, however all bundles seem to be locked for me. Single skins i can buy (but won't) but the bundles seem locked. I've got well over the required buying price as tokens, but the game refuses to work. Already verified files and everything, but no prevail.

Can you help?
