Apex Legends shuts down
when i'm playing with my friend in apex some times its just suddenly is shutting down, can someone help how to fix this its very anoying

Hi guys!
I have a problem with my game... It keeps crashing randomly when I am in a match and there is no error. I contacted EA and tried all of their solutions to this problem and didn't work. So I tried to install a fresh Windows and it keeps crashing. Is there any possiblity that one of my PCs component is the problem? I get this problem only in this game and I play a lot of games (DBD, Fortnite, PUBG, CS:GO, LOL) and i haven't encountered a problem like this.

- Do you have samsung magician? Samsung has its own NVMe drivers but I see Standard NVM Express Controller in the dxdiag
No, i don't have it. Should I download it?
It's been three weeks now, and they still haven't fixed the crashing. At this point I doubt they will at all.
