What exactly are you seeing when you get stuck in the loading screen?
Is it just the spinning circle with the background, or are you also seeing text below it? (If possible, could you provide a screenshot?)
Also are you able to provide a DxDiag? This gives a bit more information related to hardware/errors that might explain why you are encountering it.

Make sure to attach the .txt file you saved via the DxDiag tool to a comment.
I said I uninstalled the game but I'm very interested in playing it if there's a solution to this problem. I haven't found the solution anywhere, just some random troubleshooting that doesn't solve anything.
