Stop asking people to do stuff, no need for dxdiag or flushdns

Stop fooling them to believe they need to "fix" it on their machine.
It's 100% ea servers related problem
Yesterday at one point it was fine, now again it's stuck on black screen, ON THE EXCET SAME TIME.
fix the server issues or fix the patch, there is nothing we can do to make the game connect.
Yesterday there were more then 1,000 reports on server status pages, about connection issues, and still you asking people to do stuff , ignoring your end completely.
even now there are reported issues all over.

No one had zero problems before the update... and all of a sudden averything broke, and WE need to do stuff and send DxDiag...
Seriously...
Cant you admit you introduced some bugs (seems to be an habit tho) and say you are working on it?
This is a server issue not a people or hardware issue
