Apex Legends: Stuck Under The Map

So here I am, playing a game with my friends. I get separated, so I attempt to catch up using a balloon. Soaring through the air, I try to take a narrow passage between rocks and I stop sooner than expected.

It seems that I've found a way to get out of the map. The problem is, I couldn't get back in. I was stuck in a rock, which seems like it was a part of the roof, and nothing except a health kit fell through to the ground. I must have managed this by cutting too high, near the ceiling of the passage, when dropping out of the sky from the balloon.

This happened on February 27th, 2019 at approximately 2:40am CST. I've attached as many photos as I could of the issue to further detail the problem.
