if I know correctly, the program is for notebooks. Checked anyway and still nothing. gpu max used - 75% cpu - 40%. There is no throttling.
Anyway I can have proof that the problem is with the servers, I have a critical point on the map where the frames droping to 80fps,once today I had at this place 200+ fps and I didn't change anything, gpu usage increased on the map 80-100%. everything was back to "normal" at the next game ☹️

yesterday I noticed a strange thing..reinstalled my system and used windows insider preview fresh dev version.. game worked fine at the start - full locked fps in places where there was a drop before ..but...the drop in frames began in the middle of game. playing on desktop, watching my temp/used in msi afterburner so it isn't thermal throttling. anyway, after two hours everything was back to "normal" - drops to 90fps. I do not know what's going..I have never experienced anything like this. As i said - probably just servers.

My bet is that its due to the antihack engine, because on normal game it never happens to me, only in ranked, and SPECIALLY when im aiming directly at an enemy, also, it wouldnt be a surprise, most shooter games i have played reach a point where its antihack becomes a performance handicapper for half the population

Since 2 days my fps are back to normal..

What did you change or how did you fix it? I still get low FPS on major parts of the map that drop to like 40 FPS on a 2080ti & i9 7900

nothing.. I assume the problem was with the servers. now stable 200+

I want to say it has something to do with the servers also. Yesterday randomly for 10 hours the game was rock solid with no performance issues. Then randomly it tanked, and even while playing saw the servers start to struggle.
I believe now this has to do on EA's end with the servers. I think time of day is also impactful on this.

Hardware: EVGA 1080TI
Driver: NVIDIA 456.55
To me this problem has to be something with the game as I have had no issues until 3-4 days ago.
I also have this problem (micro stutters in movement/etc). NOTHING has changed on my system and this problem appeared around 3-4 days ago. My FPS is fine 120-165 (165Hz monitor) depending on where you are on the map, but this is normal. Latency is fine 20-30ms. But there are micro stutters in movement. You can clearly see the stutters running in a straight line in the firing range or map. The character "twitches" every couple seconds. If you have an heirloom you can see it even better. There is no positive effect with any of the below changes I have tried:
1. Clear game/origin cache (https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games)
2. Disable Windows "Full screen optimizations" on Origin and Apex executables
3. Changed NVIDIA low latency mode from on --> ultra --> off
4. Change monitor refresh from 165hz to 144hz
5. Cap frames to 160 or 140 via origin advanced game options.
6. Cap frames to 160 or 140 via Rivatuner.
7. Tried NVIDIA drivers 457.091
8. Turned off NVIDIA Reflex via Origin advanced game options (+gfx_nvnUseLowLatency 0)

Still looking to see if there is a response for the team on what is occurring.

Sadly today problem is back.. in one game, gpu used is up to 100% and in another max 80% what causes hugh fps drop. everything was fine since 5days.

I don't think we will have any help from the devs or any statement. Since five days game worked well, today working like a.... no words. Wasted alot of time to find reason. Really thanks for "Great" support from devs.

I am really stuck also, I just want to know how to fix it. Only seem to struggle with Apex Legends.
