I share your frustration... I got a week-long ban for a single word in the chat... after listening (in voice) to how "he was going to *** my mum", "kill me" and so on... I lasted about a minute or two, muted him, reported him (which most likely is a no-op), but then called him a "re****" in chat... bam.. banned...
I'm all for trying to get a good community, but as long as voice chat isn't monitored I can't see that happen any time soon.
Chinese commercials, random screaming, music, abuse etc happens pretty much every night,, I always report and mute, but since you get zero feedback I don't think they follow up at all.
Heard that 2042 was going to give you feedback if any action are taken thanks to your reports.. sounds great..
