I have done all these things, still nothing works
@growndan Have you been able to play Apex before or has this always happened?

- 7 years agohi sir, i also cannot play apex now, but i was able to play like 4 games before this happened, please help us to fix this problem.

Ok my friend just tried to play with my account and he didn't experienced any problem. Unlike me he didn't get disconnected from the servers after the match and he was able to join a new match right after the previous one ended.
So this makes me believe the problem is my router (didn't try to play in his account yet), the question is what. The weird thing is that I never experienced anything similar in any other game and I play a lot of multiplayer games.

Same here I’ve never had a problem with another game BR or just any game in general. Makes no sense cause I have a new router and great internet.

Sir I’ve been unable to play Apex at all. And before it, I was unable to play Anthems 2 demos. I have Anthem pre ordered and I’m concerned I won’t be able to play either of these EA games
same problem...won’t connect to EA servers. 2 calls to help desk and tried every fix they suggested. Even re compiled by system, created all new PSN, ea, PS4 accounts. No luck.
and they nicely asked me to be pantient. I will, but I’d love to fix this. I’m on PS4

I was playing playing at my apartment for about 4 days with a connection error about every 8 hours, nothing bad. I get to my parents who are taking care of me after surgery, and I’m getting connection time out every match. They have same internet but faster, hard-wired and all, and I’m bombed with timing out. Same with my PS4 that I brought from my apartment that was running fine last week, now has issues. Please help no one has a solution and your trouble shooting is not the issue.
- 7 years agoFunny enough, I was finally able to connect last night.
My normal internet is 1Gbps upstream, 400 Mbps down with SFR France fibre connection, hardwired to my PC.
Last night out of frustration, I turned my mobile phone into a hotspot and connected via WiFi and 4g mobile.... No disconnections at all.
Speed tests put my mobile provider at 10Mbps up and down.
The trace route tests show the first 4 hops between my PC and the EA servers as different, this is of course expected, but the last 8 hops are then identical, with the exact same 100% packet loss on 3 routers bridging the EU to the US.
So... what is my Fibre ISP doing that Apex does not like, is the connection too fast ;-)- EA_Cade7 years ago

Hey! it did the same with me but somehow it fixed itself in the new season last time (season 3 when watson came out, it fixed next season) and i followed all their steps but nothing worked! it says "Unable to connect to EA Servers"

yes I was up untill now this 8s something new it's been doing and nothing helps
