Apex Legends Unable to connect to EA servers

I cannot play apex legends on my ps4 because it keeps saying that the servers have timed out I have spoken to their help pages and done all they said should do, nothing has worked but one of the he...

Funny enough, I was finally able to connect last night.

My normal internet is 1Gbps upstream, 400 Mbps down with SFR France fibre connection, hardwired to my PC.

Last night out of frustration, I turned my mobile phone into a hotspot and connected via WiFi and 4g mobile.... No disconnections at all.

Speed tests put my mobile provider at 10Mbps up and down.

The trace route tests show the first 4 hops between my PC and the EA servers as different, this is of course expected, but the last 8 hops are then identical, with the exact same 100% packet loss on 3 routers bridging the EU to the US.

So... what is my Fibre ISP doing that Apex does not like, is the connection too fast ;-)

    Hi i wanted to now how to fix the problem on ps4 where it says no servers found and never lets me join into the lobby so i can never play the game so im always at the home screen pressing x trying to get in the game so i could play can u help me

    Tryed everything you put in the post but still cant play apex now I get kicked out in the game just after landing with error code leaf plz help havent played one game after the last update

    Same for me, ive only played one hame on this event. Havnt played since update dropped. I really wanted to get rolling on this event but the game is unplayable after the 6/4/19 update

    @EA_Cade My connection is fine, I just checked. I’mm Also able to play any other game without any issues. Except to Apex Legends where I can’t even get to play the damn game because I can’t log in the game because I can’t connect to EA servers

    1 fix that i found for my ps4 is by going onto settings --> set up connection --> use wifi --> custom. Primary DNS is 8.8.8.8 and secondary is 8.8.4.4 
    I also watched this video so i reccomend it. Again this a fix for ps4 !

    * apex everything was all good and then I go to play fortnite and I come back and it won’t even let me get into the main menu their systems are soo * up this is why fortnite is unbeatable

    "Cannot connect to PlayStation Network, please try again later."

    I have had this error for the last 24 hours. Anyone know how to fix this? Fortnite is working online but not APEX???

    I’m on Xbox one all that says is unable to connect to EA servers please check your Internet connection make sure origin is online and try again my Internet connection is fine I’ve tried resetting my Xbox multiple times I need help
