Apex Legends Unable to Connect

I was playing a game of trios fine but in the middle of requeuing the game froze. I restarted the game and when connecting I got a pop up that states that my account is not permitted to play online. ...

It's also kind of sus that everyone is having these issues as soon as the community challenges started.
