How can I recover my account
This is a plea for help or a farewell letter
On December 29, 2025, when I logged into the game, I unexpectedly found my Apex account banned. On December 28, I was still able to play, but during the session, I was prompted to the login screen while spectating other players. However, after logging back in, I could continue playing, so I didn’t pay much attention to the abnormal logout. Unfortunately, the ban was more severe than I imagined. After being banned, I submitted over ten appeals, but all received only AI-generated TOS responses, and I still don’t know the specific reason for my ban.
While browsing the forum, I noticed this situation had occurred multiple times recently, with many players seeking help in vain. Although the forum staff couldn't resolve the issue either, I still hope this post will draw the attention of the personnel responsible for account bans. I truly lack the ability and means to save my account. Over the past 20 days, I've been submitting appeals via email, but the responses remain the same. My emotions have shifted from urgency to anger, and then to despair.
My Apex account was created in February 2019. Yes, it was because of Apex that I set up my EA account. Over six years of gameplay, I found immense joy—remembering my first Defender, first Legacy Drop, first Double Hammer, and first Skeleton Sea. During this time, I also transitioned from a student to a working professional. Perhaps it's time to bid Apex farewell, though I don't want to give up on it. I simply can't afford to nurture another account anymore.
