Still banned for a hack I didn't commit, and I can't even file an appeal.
I am writing this because I am beyond frustrated with EA’s gross incompetence in account security and customer support.
Some time ago, my Apex Legends account (played via Steam) was compromised by someone in Hong Kong—I am a player based in South Korea. That hacker used cheats, and I was the one who took the hit with a ban for something I never did.
I’ve been trying to resolve this, but your 'Help' system is a complete disaster. Every time I try to file a dispute on help.ea.com to clear my name, I am stone-walled with the same message: 'Please try again in a few hours.' It doesn’t matter how much time passes; your system refuses to even accept my inquiry.
It’s clear I’m not the only one suffering from this. How can a multi-billion dollar company manage their game and players this poorly? When a ban happens—especially a wrongful one—the player is left completely helpless because your support system is designed to ignore us.
Fix your app, fix your security, and actually provide a functional way for users to reach a human being. The fact that I can't even submit a ticket is pathetic.
