Apex Legends unbanned Response Time?

Update,  I've managed to get account back as last monday!  EA just emailed me and said my account had been unbanned. Played a few games immediately to make sure I can play without that instantly being banned message and it works out! Glad I could catch the tail end of the Chaos theory event.

So to answer my original question is about 6-7 weeks from when you send your support ticket to them. Hope no one has to wait any longer.
