Will I loose my account content if I unlink my Xbox.

I started Apex Legends on Xbox. My Xbox account is linked to this EA account. The issue is that my Xbox/ Microsoft account had been hacked and Microsoft can’t restore it essentially locking me and the hacker out of the account. My question is, if that Xbox/ Microsoft account gets deleted by Microsoft, OR if I unlink my Xbox from my EA, will I loose all my apex legends content and items. 

right now I can play on my account on ea app and steam as they’re all linked. And Xbox before it was hacked and before when I had an Xbox. Now I’m not sure, if I unlink my hacked Xbox account will everything be gone.
