Apex Legends won’t start after latest update

Since the Apex update of the newest season on my Xbox Series X the game doesn’t launch. When I start the game, I get to see EA introduction video and afterwards it returns to the home screen of my Xbox. I already tried to reinstall the game but same problem remains… I know players on a different console which are experiencing the same problem. Any tips or news on a fix?

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble getting back in-game.

This issue is one we're currently working on addressing, but in the meantime changing your console language should help get around this until it's fixed up.

When I went into apex it’s said something about a teen account and to upgrade it but when I tried to put in my email it keeps saying that is is a duplicate but it is the one I use for the account and I try to put different ones but it doesn’t let me and it says a email that I don’t have and I can’t do anything it just keeps me on the page and won’t let me get out of the page plsss help I want my account back
