Okay, so I logged into my account after 5 years of it being lost to come back with nothing on my EA account. I’ve checked multiple times that I’ve connected and signed in the correct accounts but I just have nothing on my account. I put proof of one of my purchases down below.
OppedGAlec10 Did you unlink any platform account(s) from your EA Account?
I'm asking because your Apex progress and data is stored on the connected EA Account, (not on your platform account(s)).
Furthermore, when Cross Progression was rolled out to players between October of 2023 and April of 2024, if an account was banned, (or had been banned), it was excluded from the Cross Progression merge, (and to my knowledge, any inactive account was also excluded from the Cross Progression merge).
