Apex Legends wont load - Connection to server timed out

I've tried all I could.. and can't get the game to work passed the main screen, where I click to continue, and it loads for ever, then says connection to server times out. It's not my internet, or my...

  Well, I fixed the problem, like 2 weeks ago. First talked to a person who works at EA and I went to this website - https://help.ea.com/nz/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
  
  I just clean boot my laptop and had to restart it 3 times.
  but later in the weeks, some matches were fine but some just lagged and closed the whole game which means it was not responsive. It is a very high graphics game like PubG.

    Servers are bad. Everyone lags everywhere. People dying outside the zone because they can't run to the safe zone due to lag. So we're at point where 30% if not more crash during the match and majority of the remaining numbers die outside zones due to lag 🤭
    Just check out shroud's stream. He's losing his cool because of the lags.. 😃
