Sorry to see that you are having issues guys.
Have you done any troubleshooting steps yourself to try and fix the issue?
In a situation such as this, the first thing to do is ensure that your console and game are fully up to date.
If that makes no difference then clearing the cache and powercycling your console is next.
You can do this easily enough by following the steps below:- Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
- Unplug the power cable from your console and then press and hold the power button on the Xbox a number of times to clear the cache.
- Plug your power cable back in and turn your Xbox back on.

Ive tried multiple thing e.g.
> Restarting my console
> Uninstalling and re-installing the game
> Deleting the data of my Xbox then re-downloding it
> Also checked the internet
non of of it has worked so far, I’ve just brought the battle pass so I’d like to get it fixed as soon as I can
I am having similar issues, 100% of the games I play I freeze right after I land and then lag out... I have purchased a Battle Pass and would also like to get these event rewards. This is very very frustrating.
Done all of the above. Switched servers also. Bought battle pass and since then the game has done nothing but crash 90% of the time.

Hey @armydeathdealer.
Does it seem like it's crashing at a certain point in the game, or is it just random? Have you been able to try any sort of troubleshooting since it started happening?

- @EA_Kent I've started having these problems since the new update. Refreshed cache on console, uninstalled and reinstalled it, you name it I've tried it, I can play on training mode no problems at all, however, the moment I jump into. A game it freezes.. When I land it freezes, then plays then the ring count begins and the game freezes again. Usually bang on 2.55 on the countdown. Could this be a bug from the new patch?
I've done everything I can do to troubleshoot to stop Apex from crashing Mid Game, Early Game, Late Game, It just crashes randomly. I've cleared the MAC Address. Deleted any local saved data for Apex. Reinstalled the game, power cycled you name it I've done it. Why is my game crashing! and to top it OFF ITS NOT JUST HAPPENING ON MY XBOX ITS HAPPENING ON MY SONS TOO. WE PLAY IN THE SAME ROOM NEXT TO EACHOTHER AND THE GAME CRASHES AT THE SAME TIME ON TWO DIFFERENT CONSOLES!!! WHAT IS GOING ON. I've checked my router. Opened ports if i needed to. Please HELP!!!
- @HDGxHixTek17 Ohhhh YEAAA AND TO ADD I ALSO HAVE A PC AND PLAY APEX ON MY PC WITHOUT ANY CRASHING!! SO IF CAN PLAY ON PC WHY CANT WE PLAY ON XBOX ONE!!!????
@EA_Kent I've been having these problems since May 1, my game is crashing almost every match and its just unplayable, It freezes for 35 seconds, then unfreezes for 5 seconds and then again freezes until it crashes, I need to finish my battle pass but I can't because of the constant crashing. respawn please fix this.

Hey all.
From what you're describing it sounds like these could be network-related. Especially in a case where the game is crashing at the exact same time on different consoles using the same network.
If you haven't already I'd recommend starting off with the basic connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help site to see if that helps at all. If it keeps happening after that try the Xbox-specific steps as well.
