Apex Legends Xbox One: Game Keeps Crashing Mid-Game Without Error Message

For the past 3-4 days my game keeps crashing half way through a game, it’s not just once or twice a day it’s every game. I’ve spoken twice with EA Help but it has not been fixed.

@EA_Kent I've been having these problems since May 1, my game is crashing almost every match and its just unplayable, It freezes for 35 seconds, then unfreezes for 5 seconds and then again freezes until it crashes, I need to finish my battle pass but I can't because of the constant crashing. respawn please fix this.

@BladedBeard Saaaame it's been happening for 3 months or longer since like March and now (July 7th) the game is unplayable for me as it's crashing 1 to 3 times a game. Xbox One here.
