Apex Legends

I trying to login to apex legends and it not letting me in to apex legends at all.

    I have a few questions:

    1. What platform do you play on?
    2. What happens exactly when you try to start Apex?
    3. Are you getting an error? If so, can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?
