Hey, try this. When I did this it fixed my game. So I have my computer hard wired by ethernet. I am also able to use WiFi if needed. I had my WiFi enabled along with my Ethernet. I went into "Change Adapter Options" in the control panel. Right click on Wi-Fi and Disable. 

After I did that my game started to work. This ONLY happened with Apex and not any other game I have. 

Try it and let me know if it works.

@1HowlingMurdock1 I disconnected my wifi adapter and hardwired my PC via ethernet, Apex booted up no problem! Thank you very much for the suggestion, it seems to have solved the issue! I will report back if anything changes
