Apex Lost Data

So my EA account was made in 2017 which was used to play other EA games on xbox, I started playing Apex Legends basically when it first released on my xbox account GrislicGhoul and in 2022 I switched to pc which was very confusing to me and before cross progression I had to make a new account and when playing after cross progression I came on this account to unlink everything I had linked prior to the new apex account and couldn't figure things out and recently (like 2 days ago) or so I tried to relink everything to this account because I wanted the stats I had on xbox but now I don't think I can go back to my other account as I unlinked everything from there to bring to this one, is there a way to restore lost data to this account or a way to re-link everything back to my other account? I play from steam and I have all the achievements I earned playing the last 2 years on pc but was level 1 until yesterday when I played a little bit, everyone I had blocked on this account since I started playing apex in 2019 is still blocked but my purchase history and cosmetics and progress have all disappeared and i'm unsure if i'm just SOL and gotta start over or if I can recover this, help would be appreciated thank you.
