Apex matchmaking problem

Why can I not get games I am solo in my lobby then if I search there stands my party is not ready and it won't go away so my matchmaking don't start?

I have opened and closed my game several times I even uninstalled it then installed it again it still don't work. 

I never had this issue but since the cross progression message displayed on my Xbox I can not matchmake because they say my party is not ready

    check your ban history and dispute your ban if it happened. you're not the only one.

    Yes I can get a game in the firing range but not anywhere else

    @cassiesteenkamp Hi, go here https://help.ea.com/es/help-home/ and log in, after that go to manage My account and then click My ban history.
    if you have a ban around the 27OCT 10pm to 12+pm UTC you have the same problem as most of us. The only solution is to overturn the ban since even if the ban is for pc it also shadow bans your xbox/ps5.
    Either way for me it's fixed, i contacted apex legends support team and they were able to help me.
    So if this is your problem there is a solution.

    I went and looked and my ban history and there is No ban history so I don't know if this is the problem 

    Is there a email adres I can email so that ea can help my or can I only use the answerHQ
