Lobby Bug on party invites

Hello, not sure if anyone else experiences this - whenever I join up with a friend, there is either no audio until we load into the game or as I join the lobby it won’t show me that we’re both readied up. If I’m already in a party and leave after a game to go back to the lobby, I lose audio again and even if my 2nd and 3rd are also back in the lobby, it just darkens their character as if they were still playing a round. Then I have to leave and rejoin just to fix it. 

This happens on PlayStation 5 and I’ve gone through all my privacy settings, everything is open to anyone and I even get it with people I know so it’s quite frustrating. Sometimes it even says “unable to join party” after accepting the invite, I have to manually go to the friend’s name and click Join from there; without an invite. 

If anyone has any work arounds - besides leaving and rejoining - it would greatly be appreciated.
