ea support sucks!!!

i made a ticket because my friend is a huge fan of cyberpunk and i wanted to surprise him by gifting him the event so i spent the money on coins and i asked support can i gift the event packs and i was told multiple times by different workers saying yess and wanna guess what happened i go to gift the packs and wowww big suprise i cant gift the event packs never listen to ea support they dont even know their own games. so pro tip never go to ea support find out yourself
