Apex matchmaking really slow

Hi, I recently moved from PS4 to Xbox series x, made a new account and got playing apex, all was fine for the first day now the matchmaking is taking forever! It’s literally like a 20 minute wait… I got 55mbs internet and am playing in sensible servers, I have tried switching servers restarting application, logging in and out of Ea Xbox and have even unlinked my emails s4 account and my Xbox account and re linked my Xbox account…. Please help me!!!

    Hey @nbanks02, Can you try the following to see if this continues?

    • Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

    @nbanks02 Recently Xbox did have some connection issues, to check are you still seeing this or did you run into this before the past 2-3 days?

    @nbanks02 Bro I found the problem, its not servers, its not dns. You Just have to do is make a new new account for xbox that is not previously linked with any microsoft account. And boom that will work. Let me know if this works for you. There may be some problem with multiple platform with same email.
