We’re not able to review or investigate account actions here on the forums, including bans related to gameplay enhancement. If you believe the action was applied incorrectly, the only route for that is still through the official appeal process.
I understand why the replies can feel discouraging when they look very similar. Each appeal review by the Terms of Service team is handled manually by a real person, even if the wording of the responses may appear quite similar. You’re absolutely welcome to submit another appeal if that option is still available to you. If the penalty is not showing in Penalty History, the help page specifically says to use this webform, with as much detail as possible.
