- BE4R_JOE3 years agoNot applicableYep, same issue here. The behavior we see when opening Apex is that there are "No servers available". However, the underlying issue appears to be that the 2.15 update is not available for download and thus we're stuck with 2.14. Manually trying to update also does not work as the PS states "The latest version is installed".
I have tried clearing the PS cache and factory resetting it but ending with the same result.

Having the same issue. Needed to re-download and then I got the “No servers found”. Deleted and re-downloaded again and then figured out the update wasn’t showing up and I was on 2.14 after a fresh install.

This is getting very frustrating, two weeks on a Tuesday in a row. Atleast last week I got the update file in the middle of the night and was able to play the next day. Not this time however. I just want to play my game - malindagolish3 years agoNot applicable

- Xuolliam_A3 years agoNot applicable@malindagolish Keep us updated. I just deleted the app again and I’m redownloading. Hopefully this issue gets solved tonight

Also having the issue where the game won’t find servers. I’ve tried basically everything but nothing has fixed it (unplugged and restarted ps4 & router, tried my mobile hotspot, different PSN account, redownloaded game, checked for updates). Sucks that every update just breaks this game

Same thing is happening to me. I've been trying to play Apex for two days and keep getting and error saying it can't find an EA server to connect to. It's only happening on PS4. Worked fine in my friends XBOX. So I don't know what's going on but please fix this problem.
