Apex not loading xbox one

I go to load the game it shows me the the little red icon in the bottom right screen and then it just closes. No error code or anything. I have tried a unplugging my power cord and restarted my router as well.

Hi there, @KRAHAMMADALI.

Let's see if clearing the alternate MAC address will help.

Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

I tried all those fixes and still nothing it just shows me the season six art like its gonna start loading then kicks me back to dashboard please help

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
