Can't unlink Steam from hacker's EA account. Need help.

Hi everyone and EA Community Managers,

I am facing a severe issue with my Steam account and account linking, and I am currently stuck in a support loop with EA Live Chat.

My Steam account (Steam ID: 76561198342624835, Profile Name: FSC_Ze) was previously compromised/hacked. The hacker linked it to an unauthorized EA account with the email "14*****@qq.com". I do not recognize or have access to this QQ email.

Because of this, I cannot link my Steam to my actual EA account to play EA games. I contacted EA Live Chat support , but the agent told me they couldn't help because I cannot verify ownership of the hacker's EA account (which is obviously impossible for me to do).

I am the 100% rightful owner of my Steam account. I can provide purchase history, receipts, and any other proof of Steam ownership.

Could any Community Manager please help escalate this case to the terms of service / account security team, or can anyone advise on how to get a manual unlink?
