@EA_Aljo I did that today but it still wasn't fixed.
Thanks for getting back to me. Try deleting the personal saved data for Apex. To do that, on your PS4, go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data. Locate Apex Legends and delete the saved data. Let me know if that makes a difference or not.

It won't affect your Apex progress as that is saved on our servers and not locally.

It still won't work ☹️ but I searched a bit earlier and found this. Does this mean all ps4 apex servers are down???

- 4 years ago@ThunderKiller815 I’ve been having kind of the same issues as you, whenever I play with a friend, we both get code net and code over, game freezes, and none of our kills save from the game, happens every single game, we got in to the same game to test it out and it still happened. Currently re installing the game and resetting my router. So stressful, only been a issue since the last update

Are your friends in the same region as you and on different networks? Also, can you have them check their NAT type and let me know what they are?
Also, it looks like PSN is up now. Are you still having this problem?
You should also power cycle your modem/router. Try the steps I detailed here. Thanks!

What system are you and your friends playing on?

I am on PS4 and my usually friend is on PS5. We have NAT Type 2. He playing from England and I playing from Hungary. His brothers from Germany also have PS4 and they have not this issue. I need to do the same exit and re-enter with his brothers. This happens even then when I playing alone and I want to change game modes.

If you restart Apex after this happens, does it still occur? That has been known to resolve this as well.

Yes, it does. I tried everything I could do and what I read, still nothing happened.

Can you tell me what else you've trued? I just want to avoid repeating any troubleshooting steps.

Open ports in router, reset router, reset internet modem, uninstall-redownload-install Apex Legends, disconnect-reconnect to the internet, switching between wifi and cable connection (I always used the PS4 with cable connection to the internet, just tried), connect to other Apex Server, log out from PS4 and log in into it... Suddenly, this is all I remember. The Apex Legends worked perfectly before season 12, after release S12, it always does this preprocessing bug. I waited patiently for updates and I was hoping it would be fixed, but nothing happend. Now, in Season 13 again happened nothing and it is so frustrating now. So, I decided I will search for your help, and we are here now. (Sorry for my bad english. ☹️ )

Thanks for all those details and don't worry about your English. It's fine 🙂 Let's see if alternate DNS settings will help. Try following the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know how it goes.
