Apex Pack malfunction

After opening 30 Apex Packs, they ended up in the state shown in the picture, and all 30 Apex Packs were gone.

I opened 30 Apex Packs again to confirm, and they were in the same condition as in the picture.

A total of 60 Apex Packs have been used.
