apex packet loss

I'm having a packet loss issue. I'm constantly having packet loss on any server. my ping is normally pretty good anywhere from 35-55. my packet loss ranges from 7 all the way up to 40s.

i ran a tracert and had a few requests timed out. also did a ping to easo.ea.com but didn't have any packet loss. I've got with my ISP and everything seems to be good on their end. updated all firmware on modem/router. updated all my drivers, all my chords and wires are good. any help would be appreciated. thank you. I attached a file of the tracert to easo.ea.com

8hant0m i m having this same issue for 2 days. i have usually 70-80 ping but i m get 5-10% packet loss. i have done all the possibilities with my IPS provider and it seems fine. but still i m getting packet loss. i m attaching a pic for proof.
