Are the codes you're redeeming for a specific platform? It looks like there are a few different versions depending on the platform you play on, so it's worth checking to be sure you're logging into the same platform when trying to get those coins to appear after claiming the code.
If you're on PC using Steam, I would try logging into Origin as well, as that can help get coins to show up in some cases.
