I was just playing the game and then it kicked me from the game and now it is saying this account is not permitted to play online cea.com/unable to connect for additionalinformation is anyone else experiencing this problem I’ve been in contact with EAand they assure me that nothing is wrong with my account

I just deleted my account and reinstalled it, and it is still saying this account is not permitted to play online so deleting and reinstalling does not work.
I am also trying to reinstall I will update if that fixes it but mine says 7 hours so I'm pretty pissed. I don't see how everyone is redownloading it in a matter of minutes meanwhile that's what I get I will say it dropped an hour in a matter of seconds hopefully that isn't the truth😭
It appears currently there is no solution for this problem and EA and tech support are being of no help. At first they tried to blame it on PlayStation but it is their own error for this problem.

Did you just uninstall the version of the same or the entire game itself? Because It seems to take numerous hours to download the entire game. Unless your just deleting the version of it. I have my brother playing on PS4 in the other room with no issue it seems to be PS5 and Xbox that are getting this treatment. I'm uninstalling the game and redownloading it anyway I am upset the amount of time it says it's going to take I bet by then everyone is already back in the game without issues

So now we have a switch claim, Xbox, PC, PS5 it's weird my brother is not having issues with the game at all via PS4

I have a series x and it says the same thing for me and my buddy has a series s and his is fine
