Apex PS4 Unable to Connect to EA

I've been playing religiously for a few weeks now(on ps4) but all of a sudden a message pops up when I try to press x on the menu to enter the game. "Unable to Connect to EA Servers, Please check your Internet connection and try again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information" and I mad3 sure I'm connected on everything. I changed data centers, I restarted the game, I deleted it and re downloaded, I reset ps4 to default settings, I'm connected on EA. What should I do now?

Had the exact same issue:
Solution (that worked for me)
Change DNS settings to:
1.1.1.1
1.0.0.1
Started right up.

This thread is ancient at this point, but keeps getting the odd post added to it. I'm going to lock it (Since it's almost four years old at this point and barely sees any activity), but if anyone needs any help solving their connection issues on Apex, please either find a thread that's a good bit newer, or don't hesitate to make your own!
