Apex runs poorly only on my main account

Hi, I’m having a performance issue that only affects my main Apex Legends account.

I play on Xbox One. My main account used to run normally, but recently the game has become noticeably slow and less responsive, especially during fights. Performance Display shows around 50-55 FPS, about 80 ms latency, 0 packet loss and 0 choke.

I tested my alternate Apex account on the exact same Xbox One, internet connection, display, and gameplay settings. The alternate account runs normally and feels smooth.

Because the hardware, connection, display and settings are the same, the issue appears to be specific to my main account.

Could this be related to account/profile data, server routing, or a backend issue? Has anyone experienced something similar?

I would appreciate any advice or troubleshooting suggestions.
