Apex says I am banned, but my EA account does not show any bans

I got the same, didnt play for a long time and now im somehow banned. Didnt cheat or anything. 

The website doesnt say i have a ban status, but the game says im banned after joining a que. 

Now i can wait 30 days for them to revieuw my ban? Well goodbye EA Games i will never buy anything from you again!
