Banned account

I appeal my permanent Apex Legends ban, which is incorrect.

Official logs show my last gameplay ended at 4:58, but the ban was issued at 10:13 the same day. I was no longer using my account during this period, so I could not have committed any violations.

I have never used cheats or broken any rules. My account was compromised. All abnormal activities that caused the ban were operated by an unauthorized third party, not me.

The time gap clearly proves my innocence. Please check my account logs and lift this wrongful ban.

    I have submitted appeals four times yet my issue remains unresolved. Now I can no longer find my ban record in the ban history. What should I do to appeal further?

    I have played APEX Legends for over 2000 hours and loved this game for more than five years. This unfair ban has hit me extremely hard. I sincerely hope you can forward my situation to the TOS team if possible.

    After checking the exported game logs, I noticed there is a six-hour time difference between my last in-game match and the moment my account was suspended. I am completely unaware of anything that occurred within this period. My account was restricted without any actions taken by myself, and this has truly brought me great distress.

    If you suddenly don't see the ban in your history, then there's a webform in the article I shared that you can use to try to reach out instead. Otherwise, try reaching out as a guest (ie. without logging in). Hopefully that'll let you contact them.
