Sudden account ban, penalty history

I want to report a violation or file an appeal, but it doesn't appear in my penalty history. There's no way this is an account error.

I'm the person whose APEX account was previously banned. I wasn't able to see the full response from the EA support team, and my attempt to protest again was unsuccessful. Could you please review the ban again? I was playing a custom match with a friend, trying to maximize damage, and I managed to deal over 10,000 damage and get over 20 kills. I was banned immediately after that. That's all there is to it. Please review it again. I would like to show you evidence, but what kind of evidence should I present?
