apex says that my account is logged in on another device even when im not

I typically play Apex on a ps5 however my ps account is considered a childs account (me being 17). So i download pc apex and put in my card info to buy some apex credits. Now not only do i lose the $...

Log in on the device you DONT want to play on right now (I know it sounds weird) and then return to main menu. Then load it on another device and it should work. Closing the application doesn’t fix it for some reason. You need to have both devices on and on the main menu.

The same thing happened to me earlier. I bought the coins on xbox when the game wouldn't properly load after the transaction, so I closed the app only to see met with the issue you had. My steam account wouldn't work either, but my nintendo switch could load. I ended up closing apex and restarted my console, waiting a few minutes before getting back on, and sure enough, I was able to get back in and got my coins.
