Hey,
I've recently restarted playing apex after one year (the game was working well back then). But when I open the game and it load me to the main menu the game shut down immediately without any error message or whatever.
I've had managed to play sometimes I don't know why, but always when I tried to change gamemode the game also shuted down.
Can someone help me with this issue?

Sorry to hear Apex is closing without any error message, especially after it worked normally before your break.
Since the crash happens shortly after reaching the main menu and can also be triggered when changing game modes, could you please confirm whether you’re playing through Steam or the EA app?

If possible, please check Windows Reliability Monitor or Event Viewer immediately after the game closes and let us know whether an application error is recorded for r5apex.exe.
