I am having the same problem. Even in the lobby my character takes like to 5-10 seconds to appear. And in game its always rubberbanding. It has been happening for like 10 days now...i tried a lot of things to fix it. I hope Ea/Respawn or whoever is responsible is aware of this.

I downloaded the game like 3 days ago, and I was really excited by this game till playing it. Constantly microstutter, tried EVERYTHING, chancing all settings to another. Changing polling rate, updating drivers, updating windows, updating everything from device task. nothing helps.

I found a fix. It fixed my stuttering, lag, crashes, frame drops. EVERYTHING. Now I can finally run apex(and other games) with smooth frames and movement.
Resetting your pc will definitely do the trick! (it did for me)
