I downloaded the game like 3 days ago, and I was really excited by this game till playing it. Constantly microstutter, tried EVERYTHING, chancing all settings to another. Changing polling rate, updating drivers, updating windows, updating everything from device task. nothing helps.

I found a fix. It fixed my stuttering, lag, crashes, frame drops. EVERYTHING. Now I can finally run apex(and other games) with smooth frames and movement.
Resetting your pc will definitely do the trick! (it did for me)
